CLEANTheory's core team operates out of Easthampton, Massachusetts and provides direct, on-site service across the Northeast corridor. This includes:
- On-site facility assessment and program design
- FERTox™, PATHox™, and AIRRox™ installation and commissioning
- Team training and SOP development
- Chemistry delivery via CLEANTheory's on-site generation model
- Scheduled return visits and ongoing program management
- COA review and program adjustment
Authorized representatives -- Northern California and Central Valley
CLEANTheory-certified representatives based in the Sacramento area serve licensed cultivators in Northern California and the Central Valley. Authorized representatives deliver the same program design, installation, and managed service model as the direct team, under CLEANTheory's operating standards and using CLEANTheory's chemistry.
Nationwide -- remote consulting and protocol services
For licensed cultivators outside direct service and authorized representative coverage, CLEANTheory offers:
- Remote biosecurity protocol design
- Sanitation SOP development and documentation
- COA review and interpretation
- Chemistry guidance and program design consultation
- Virtual facility assessment (preliminary, based on operator-provided information)
Remote services do not replace on-site program management, but they can meaningfully improve the structure and effectiveness of an existing sanitation program -- and they are available to any licensed cultivator in the country.
